Dejoe, known by his artist name, started his graffiti career in 1988, influenced by the New York graffiti scene of the early 80s. His fascination for graffiti was sparked by the movie “Style Wars,” which introduced him to the enchanting world of subway graffitis. Since then, he has continued to pursue graffiti with great enthusiasm, characterized by high energy and a fluid dynamism, giving his style a distinctive edge. Dejoe has not only made his mark domestically but has also gained international recognition by leaving his artworks in a wide range of countries such as England, Turkey, America, Brazil, Denmark, Netherlands, France, Poland, Siberia, Greece, Austria, Luxembourg, Italy, Croatia, Ukraine, and Hungary. Even many years after his beginnings, Dejoe continues his artistic journey with a passion driven by the expressive power and community that graffiti offers.
