Exposer L'art Urbain

In 2021, the "Exhibiting Today: Urban Art" conference was held during the 10th edition of Bien Urbain. These meetings provided an opportunity to continue to foster reflections on urban art practices and its sometimes complex and ambiguous relationship to exhibition and institutions. They have been compiled in a book, published by the Presses Universitaires de Franche-Comté.

Through articles by researchers, testimonies from artists, project leaders, and cultural institutions from France and abroad, this collective work offers a cross-analysis of the issues surrounding the display and exhibition of urban art. By highlighting original, alternative displays, and even traditional museographic tools linked to these visual and performative practices, the aim is to examine their dissemination with perspective and rigor.
